Lenoir will host a special dinner featuring the traditional elements of a Passover Seder. The four-course menu, created by sous chef of Lenoir, Melissa Moss, will include the symbolic foods placed on the Passover  plate, including a hard-boiled egg, bitter herbs, haroset, lamb bone and spring greens (with vegetarian options available by request).
