Les Dames d’Escoffier of Austin will present their annual En Garde! Food Fight fundraising auction. The evening will raise money for scholarships and grants for Austin women in the culinary, wine, food artisan and hospitality professions.

Guests will enjoy carefully curated wine selections by laV’s Advanced Sommelier Vilma Mazaite and hors d’oeurve pairings from Chef Sean O’Leary. A silent auction will accompany the event, with items including dinner for two at the James Beard Foundation in New York City, dinner for 30 from Franklin BBQ, University of Texas Longhorn sports tickets and dinner at Hoover’s, a paella party for 10 from Quality Seafood, a tour for four at Haus Bar Farms, party trays from Royal Fig Catering, jewelry from Russell Korman Jewelers and more.
