Les Dames d’Escoffier of Austin will host its annual En Garde! Food Fight fundraiser and celebration. The evening will include culinary competitions featuring Austin’s leading female chefs battling for bragging rights. Chefs will pair off in mystery ingredient challenges and a pastry contest.

Guests will enjoy an evening of food and wine along with the opportunity to bid on a collection of culinary experiences and items. All proceeds from the event and auction will benefit scholarships and grants for Austin women in the culinary, wine, food artisan, and hospitality professions.
