The Austin Chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier presents the fourth installment of “You Grill Girl!,” Austin’s first event featuring women and non-binary chefs and grillmasters. The event will bring the sizzle to fund career moves for women in culinary, beverage, and hospitality.
It features a roster of Austin’s most buzzed about talent, serving dishes from the grill to the plate; cocktails; DJ Cassandra on the decks; an upstairs Disco Cowgirl Dance Party; Tiki bar; and a selection of exclusive silent auction packages.
The annual fundraiser raises money for scholarships and grants for Austin women in the culinary, wine, artisanal food and beverage, and hospitality professions.
