Lick Honest Ice Creams is celebrating its six-year anniversary with its first Birthday Bake Sale at the Burnet shop on October 21. The event will happen during the same week as another anniversary event: Lick’s annual Free Scoop Night on October 17, where the public is welcome to one free scoop at its three Austin scoop shops and its San Antonio location.
The pop-up bake sale, taking place from 9 am-12 pm at the Burnet shop only, will feature many of Lick’s customers’ and kitchen staff’s favorite scratch-made ice cream components, such as Caramel Apple Cake, Candied Pecans, Cinnamon Sugar Cookies and Texas Sheet Cake. In addition to classic sweets, such as Butterscotch Pecan Blondies and Brownies, there will be plenty of breakfast items, including Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins and Pecan Sticky Buns. There will also be complimentary coffee by Cuvee Coffee onsite for customers.
