
Celebrate summer with a hands-on ice cream making workshop taught by Lick Honest Ice Creams, using locally sourced ingredients. All proceeds will benefit the Sustainable Food Center.
Chef and Co-Founder Anthony Sobotik will lead the two-hour workshop, teaching participants how to make goat cheese ice cream with wine-braised figs from Urban Roots. During his demonstration, Sobotik will be using cookware by Made In. Participants will get the chance to churn their own ice cream in groups and build their own sundaes. The class is co-sponsored by Made In and Becker Vineyards.
