The yearly event benefiting the Lone Star Paralysis Foundation will showcase Austin's most popular chefs as well as handcrafted cocktails from Patron Spirits Company, Treaty Oak Distillery, and The Tipsy Texan. Pay It Forward will highlight the Austin restaurant scene and an amazing cause, featuring more than a dozen of the best chefs in Austin, including chefs from Jack Allen's Kitchen, Odd Duck, The Carillon, Salty Sow, Olive & June, Jason Dady Restaurant Group San Antonio, and more, along with live music from popular cover band, Rotel & The Hot Tomatoes.

The event not only offers the chance to mingle with some of the premier chefs in the Austin area but also gives attendees the opportunity to support Lone Star Paralysis Foundation and all the amazing work it does. Proceeds from the Pay it Forward Benefit will help fund rehabilitation equipment, adaptive sports programs, research, rehab equipment and outreach and support for those with new injuries.
