Austin artists pay tribute to the legacy of Lou Reed in the intimate setting of the Cactus Cafe. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM).
Leader of the Velvet Underground, beloved solo artist and cult favorite, Reed died in October of liver failure. Performers include Jesse Sublett, Jon Dee Graham, The Reivers, Kacy Crowley, Why Not Satellite, Kim Simpson, Wild Seeds, Kathy McCarty, Steve Bernal and Dashiell Sublett.
