Mill Scale Culinary (Lockhart) will be doing their first official pop-up at Hotel Vegas. Chef Max Frisbie will be curating a special menu for both days featuring Texas classics like Walking Tacos, Smoked Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, and Smoked & Fried Wings.
Every menu item will feature components cooked with open-fire equipment fabricated by Mill Scale Metalworks, giving a unique twist to these classic dishes.
The pop-up will be open from 6 pm-2 am on both days.
