MOD FITNESS opens its doors Tuesday, February 26th. Offering complimentary sneak peak classes everyday opening week until March 2. The signature MOD FITNESS class combines barre work, Pilates, Yoga, strength and resistance training, cardio and stretching into a 60 minute class. You will work your core, arms, thighs and glutes.
