Multicultural Refugee Coalition will present its annual fundraising event Storytelling Under the Stars, taking place at Blue Starlite Mini Urban Drive-In in Round Rock. The 80-minute program will include two panel conversations between former refugees, nonprofit social enterprise founders, filmmakers, and the former Mayor of Clarkston, Georgia, “the most diverse square mile in America:”

Storytelling Under the Stars is an evening of community and sharing the stories that connect us while also raising money for the Multicultural Refugee Coalition. Guests will enjoy an evening out of the house while staying safe and socially-distant in their vehicles. The conversation will be focused on how to create a welcoming atmosphere for resettled refugees and stories of how refugees thrive in their new communities.

Food will be available from Austin Chai Wala.
