Neill-Cochran House Museum will celebrate 250 years of American history at the opening reception for "Hope for Spring: Stars and Stripes Forever," featuring local artists presenting work expressing what “freedom” means to them.

Prior to the reception, a panel of judges will determine three winners and an honorable mention, and the winners will be announced at the reception.

The exhibition will be on display through April 5.
