Neon Indian makes plenty of time to visit Texas, but Alan Palomo and company seem to have decided on spending New Year's Eve in Austin over Brooklyn for at least this year. Plenty of other concerts this evening will be a mix of music and partying, but this event is all about the enjoyment of beautiful music.
