Odd Duck is teaming up with Dave Arnold  — mixologist at Booker and Dax in New York City and author of Liquid Intelligence — for one night only during SXSW to benefit the Museum of Food and Drink and Zilker Elementary’s Edible Schoolyard program.

Arnold, with the help of the Odd Duck bar staff, will create high-tech cocktails using the innovative, science-based techniques that have made him famous. The kitchen will be serving up late night snacks to keep guests going throughout the night.
