Olamaie Executive Chef Michael Fojtasek will host James Beard Award-winning chef Ashley Christensen for a collaborative book dinner benefiting the Austin Food & Wine Alliance. Fojtasek and Christensen will collaborate on all recipes in the kitchen, putting an Olamaie twist on Christensen’s famed Poole’s dishes.

The evening will begin with passed appetizers and cocktails while both Christensen and Fojtasek welcome and mingle with guests and discuss their special collaboration. Guests will be seated then for a three-course dinner paired with beverages, and they will receive a signed copy of Poole’s: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner.
