The Moth returns with new stories from new storytellers. Hailed as "New York's hottest and hippest literary ticket" by The Wall Street Journal, and becoming the same for Austin, The Moth features simple, old-fashioned storytelling on thoroughly modern themes by wildly divergent raconteurs.

The show will be hosted by Dan Kennedy, a regular host of The Moth podcast and seasoned author. This event's storytellers include writer/storyteller Shannon Cason, who is also Chicago's first Moth GrandSLAM champion; David Crabb, who is an NYC-based performer/teacher/writer, Moth StorySLAM host and co-creator of the live storytelling series Ask Me; and Kevin McGeehan, who has spent 12 years as an actor and writer for Second City in Chicago. There are also two other storytellers yet to be named.

The show will feature the music of Katy Rose Cox.
