During this month's event, Chef Lemley will be collaborating with Crossroads owners Danielle and Wayne Van Steen. Starting their careers separately at the base level, Danielle and Wayne worked their way up through the ranks, eventually meeting each other in Portland, Oregon. After years of honing their restaurant management skills and with nomadic blood coursing through their veins, the pair headed for Austin, unclear what the city had in store for them; the duo decided to launch Crossroads and share with the world their love of local sustainable ingredients in great tasting food.
