The Peached Tortilla continues to collaborate with local vendors for a series of pop-up dinners featuring a menu with dishes they plan to offer at the new restaurant opening in Fall 2014 or on their catering menu. Guests will be relied upon to provide feedback to help determine which items will debut at the new restaurant.
