Photo Fantastico is a 24-hour team scavenger hunt contest for photographers. Teams will interpret a set of open-ended challenges to create original artistic photographs. Each team’s photographs will be screened the following day where a panel of celebrity photographers will award prizes, including a $1,000 grand prize, to the teams who most successfully demonstrate maximum creativity, collaboration and technical skill. Photo Fantastico is designed to be the most fun a group of people can have with a camera.
The three-day event includes a kickoff and challenge reveal party on April 16, the 24-hour hunt on April 17, and the closing night viewing and awards party on April 18. Judges will include photographers Jonas Peterman, Kristen Lewis Bethman, and New York Times photographer Ryan Christopher Jones.
