PrintAustin is excited to invite the public to its inaugural print extravaganza, PrintAustin 2014, dedicated to celebrating the art of printmaking and print collecting in Austin. PrintAustin brings together some of the best in contemporary and traditional printmaking today. The event will feature an exciting program of print-inspired exhibitions by emerging and established, local, national and international artists at a host of galleries, non-profits art spaces, and museums in the Austin and surrounding areas.

A series of artist talks, exhibitions, special events, and demonstrations/workshops will explore the long and varied traditions of printmaking, and will spotlight innovative works in lithography, mezzotint, etching, screenprinting, collograph, and woodcut. PrintAustin 2014 will run at various venues and galleries across Austin from January 15 - February 15.
