American Constructors will present the second annual Riverbat Paddle Battle, a virtual kayak race on Lady Bird Lake benefiting the Austin Community College Foundation. Participants are invited to register today and paddle at the own convenience at Rowing Dock starting on September 25.
All participants will receive a full-day pass to Rowing Dock, where they can choose one of three course lengths to suit their skill level, paddle at their own pace and submit their finish time online. Racers have from September 25 to October 25 to participate for the chance to win a prize and be recognized as a top finisher.
All proceeds from the virtual event will go to the Austin Community College Foundation to support student scholarships, apprenticeships, and workforce development.
