BBQ Austin, presented by Miller Lite, is a BBQ cook-off competition that takes place the weekend before Rodeo Austin kicks off. Guests can enjoy samples from BBQ teams competing for BBQ Austin Grand Champion. New this year is a BBQ Junior Porkchop Competition.
BBQ Austin is a sanctioned BBQ cook-off where teams from all over Texas come to compete. It will also feature a petting zoo, pony rides, shopping, Jr. Pit Master Contest, BBQ Austin University, and Austin’s largest carnival.
