The Cowboy Breakfast, presented by Farm Credit, is a super-sized Texas breakfast that kicks off the Fair and Rodeo. Guests will enjoy pancakes, authentic chuck wagon biscuits, doughnuts, brisket tacos, and more. The event will feature western-themed entertainment, live music, a world-renowned trick roper, a longhorn, and two-stepping lessons.
