Roger McGuinn was already a veteran of the New York and Los Angeles music scenes when he co-founded the group that would become The Byrds with Gene Clark and David Crosby. As the frontman of The Byrds, McGuinn and his trademark 12-string guitar pioneered folk-rock and country-rock music.
After 60 years, over 10 albums, and a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame title, he continues to tour the world with the songs and stories from his long and productive musical career.
