The Rosedale School, Austin’s only school exclusively serving children with significant medical, physical, and cognitive disabilities, is hosting its second annual Rosedale Ride. This year, in light of the ongoing pandemic, the event will be a virtual ride. Participants are encouraged to hop on a bike, indoor or outdoor, to raise money and awareness for the school. Riders can choose to do a 20-, 40-, or 60-mile ride in one day or over multiple days.
The ride, which has been a staple on the Austin bike-riding scene for 27 years, is the Rosedale School’s largest fundraiser. Funds from the ride have helped purchase needed equipment and innovative technology.
