Searsucker’s monthly live music series “Cans & Jams” continues with Big Bend Brewing Co. Guests will enjoy live music from Austin local Bob n’ Sammie, discounted cans, swag giveaways, and a pig roast menu. Drink for a good cause as a portion of proceeds from can purchases during the event will be donated to Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation in support of native wildlife.
The pig roast menu includes:
- 16 Plates (choice of any / all of the following):
- 6oz Berkshire pork from Mitrowski farms (Seguin, TX)
- Grilled corn on the cob served Elotes style (done to order)
- Whole grain mustard slaw
- Stewed black beans
- Hawaiian rolls baked locally by Kraftsmen bakery
