Volente Olive Fest features cooking demos by Chef Jarrett Hairell of Shore Club Restaurant and Chef Marko Ellinger of Travaasa Austin, using Texas produced extra virgin olive oil and other fresh ingredients. Festivalgoers will be able to sample culinary delights using olives and olive oils, as well as Texas wine and specialty beverages. A pop-up farmers market featuring local foods and artisans will offer a distinctive shopping experience for attendees.
