The SIMS Foundation will assemble an unprecedented cast of musicians and storytellers for a one-of-a-kind “Moth Radio meets Rock Show" event called True Stories, Sordid Confessions & Music from the Heart of the City. The event will feature a remarkable lineup of performers sharing - possibly confessing but definitely revealing - a behind-the-curtain glimpse of legends we have lost through anecdotes and song. The stage will transition from country to gospel to hip hop all in one night, sharing behind-the-scenes stories accompanied by songs of their music industry friends, cohorts and compadres for a completely memorable evening.

Performers will include Redd Volkaert, Leo Rondeau, Carson McHone, Riders Against the Storm, Jeff Klein, Michael Ramos, The Soul Supporters, Louis Black, Graham Williams, Andy Langer, Margaret Moser, Kathy Valentine, Pete Astudillo, Greg Gonzalez, John Speice IV, Stephanie Bergara, Sonia Moore, Grupo Fantasma Horns, Charlie Sexton, The Jones Family Singers, Israel Nash, and Nakia.
