Keeper Collection and The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas present Somms Under Fire, a battle where three leading sommeliers enter, but only one leaves for the chance to journey to Burgundy, France for a one-week internship. The event will also feature wine from all over the world and food prepared by Chef Shawn Cirkiel of Parkside Projects.
