The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas is teaming up with Keeper Collection to host Somms Under Fire — a unique and interactive food pairing experience and sommelier competition. The heat is on as three top sommeliers compete in hopes of presenting the perfect pairing to a panel of celebrity judges. The winning sommelier will receive a grand prize of a one week wine internship in Burgundy, France with renowned master of wine, Jasper Morris.
