Olamaie’s “Southern Exposure Dinner Series” is a monthly dinner series created by Chefs Michael Fojtasek and Amanda Turner that includes a three-course meal and a seasonal welcome cocktail, with wine pairings available at an additional cost. Olamaie will develop a menu exclusive to the night, entirely different from its regular menu and the dinner from the previous month.
Though the dinners will be a joint effort between the two chefs, Chef Turner will take the reins from Chef Fojtasek, showcasing the skills she learned from cooking in Japan and at some of Austin’s best restaurants, like Juniper, Odd Duck, Uchi, and Uchiko.
Future dinners in the series will feature a rotating guest chef, creating the three-course menu in collaboration with Chef Turner.
Proceeds from the series will benefit the Jeremiah Program, an organization that aims to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children. Book your reservations to experience a new and original Tuesday night dinner!
