SPIN Austin will host the inaugural Chef Paddle Battle to benefit the Austin Food & Wine Alliance. Guests will be able to watch a tournament of some of Austin’s leading culinary stars for the title of SPIN Austin’s First Chef Paddle Battle Champion while enjoying specialty cocktails from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and beer from Hops & Grain Brewing.
Finalists will comically play a round with an unconventional paddle: frying pans from ACE Restaurant Supply, who is also generously providing prizes for the winning chef. With the purchase of a ticket, guests can play table tennis, receive two beer or wine tickets, and will be entered in a raffle to win a surprise package.
