Chef Deepa Shridhar of Anjore and Pastry Chef Christina Cheng of SPUN Ice Cream are teaming up for a special collaborative dinner at Black Lagoon Art Gallery. For one evening only, the pop-up “Ice Cream Social Supper” will offer four courses, with unique flavors inspired by Indian spices, ghees, summer farm vegetables, responsibly sourced roasted duck, and lots of fun with liquid nitrogen.
