Austin musician and passionate grill master, Dan Dyer, is collaborating with some of Texas' most exciting chefs to host a series of steak nights. Each week, Dyer will partner with a guest chef to cook up something spectacular over a big fire. The line-up features a who's who of Texas chefs including two 2018 nominees for James Beard "Best Chef Southwest" awards.
