Stella Public House has teamed up with the Texas Hill Country's Real Ale Brewing to introduce a brand new beer called Public Hazze, a hazy IPA brewed with a blend of Strata and Galaxy hops. The new brew delivers daring levels of tropical hop flavor at a crushable 6.6 ABV.

A slew of Public Hazze Day specials including Public Hazze cocktails and canapé will coincide with the beer release. Drunken Pork (local pork braised and roasted in Public Hazze), Drunken Wings, Drunken Beer Nuts, and even a Public Hazze Sherbert Float are some of the pairings that will be available to Hazze Day attendees. Stella will also roll out a special beer cocktail for the adventurous imbiber; the drink features Real Ale Gin, Aperol, and fresh squeezed orange juice, topped with Public Hazze. Public Hazze Matcha Lemonade and Public Hazze Sherbert Floats will also be served at the unveiling.
