To kick off the release of its new IPA, Strange Land Brewery invites Austinites to celebrate with a seafood boil. In addition to getting a first glimpse of the flamingo-themed cans, guests will be able to try limited single keg beer releases including an IPA Watermelon served in a watermelon, IPA Citra dry hop cask, IPA Melon, Sour Wit limited release, and many more.
The IPA’s flamingo-themed design was inspired by and pays homage to the previous tenant at Bee Caves Road and Highway 360 who sported the infamous flock of Pink Flamingo lawn statues next to his plant store. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy live music, a photo opportunity with Floyd the Flamingo and Strange Land’s first flocking of the flamingos.
Each ticket includes limited release Pink Flamingo IPA glass, two full pours of any beer, and a seafood plate with shrimp, crab, crawfish, sausage, and veggies.
