Sustainable Food Center presents 15th Annual Farm to Plate

Sustainable Food Center's 15th annual Farm to Plate event is a celebration of the vibrant local food system and a fundraiser to help SFC nourish Texas’s health, land, and livelihood.

The event will feature an elevated seven-course dining experience prepared by Austin award-winning farm-to-table chefs, paired with acclaimed Central Texas wines.

Participating chefs include Chef Amanda Turner of Olamaie, Chef Berty Richter of Ezov, Chef Edgar Rico of Nixta Taqueria, Chef Eric Silverstein of The Peached Tortilla, Chef Kareem El-Ghayesh of KG BBQ, Chef Laila Bazahm of El Raval, and Chef Phillip Speer of Comedor.

Participating wineries include Austin Wine Merchant, Becker Vineyards, French Connection Wines, Hye Meadow Winery, Pedernales Cellars, Surely NA Wines, Westcave Cellars, and William Chris Vineyards.

Chefs and beverage partners will showcase sustainable farms and ranches of Central Texas in the local food and wine selection. Guests can enjoy live music, an auction, yard games, and more.

In March, attendees can show proof of Farm to Plate ticket purchase at Becker Vineyards, French Connection Wines, Hye Meadow Winery, Pedernales Cellars, Westcave Cellars, William Chris Vineyards, and Fierce Whiskers Distillery and receive a free tasting at each location.
