Sustainable Food Center's 15th annual Farm to Plate event is a celebration of the vibrant local food system and a fundraiser to help SFC nourish Texas’s health, land, and livelihood.

The event will feature an elevated eight course dining experience prepared by Austin award-winning farm-to-table chefs. The elite lineup of chefs includes Chef Edgar Rico (Nixta Taqueria), Chef Phillip Speer (Comedor), Chef Yoshi Okai (Otoko), Chef Berty Richter (Ezov), Chef Eric Silverstein (The Peached Tortilla), Chef Amanda Turner (Olamaie), Chef Laila Bazahm (El Raval), and Chef Andy Knudson (All-Pro Smoke Show).

Each course will be paired with a glass of Texas’s best wine from Becker Vineyards, Bent Oak Winery, Hye Meadow Winery, Pedernales Cellars, Westcave Cellars, William Chris Vineyards, and the Wine and Food Foundation.

Chefs and beverage partners will showcase sustainable farms and ranches of Central Texas in the local food and wine selection. Guests will enjoy live music, an auction, yard games, and more on the beautiful grounds of Springdale Station in East Austin.
