Celebrate locally grown and harvested ingredients at the bi-annual Sustainable Food Center Chef Series at Sway. Using meat and produce from SFC's Farmers Market, the evening's multi-course tasting menu and drink pairings will be prepared by talented chefs from Dai Due, La Condesa, Ramen Tatsu-ya, South Congress Hotel, Southerleigh, Sway and more.
