The U.S. Postal Service wants to unveil their new commemorative stamp of the legendary rockstar, and they're doing it with a rock concert that's free and open to the public. Guitar luminaries including Slash, Wayne Kramer of MC5, Rusty Anderson and many more will pay tribute to Hendrix.
