Tatsu-Ya, Joto Sake, and Antonelli's Cheese Shop present Virtual Sake and Cheese Tasting

Tatsu-Ya and Joto Sake, in collaboration with Antonelli’s Cheese Shop, will present a virtual sake and cheese tasting experience. Featured panelists include Tatsu-Ya’s Sake Sommelier Bryan Masamitsu Parsons and Director of Operations Tony Perez; Joto Sake specialist Andrew Sowers; and ACS Certified Cheese Professional at Antonelli's Cheese Shop, Casie Wiginton.

The virtual event will lead guests through an introduction of each sake/brewery and cheese pairing, tasting notes, and best practices from panelists on how to approach each tasting.

Guests must pre-order online, and each guest will receive access to the exclusive virtual sake tasting session along with a pairings kit. Sake and cheese tasting kits will come complete with three (3) four-ounce tasting bottles of premium imported Japanese sake accompanied by three (3) curated cheeses.

The event is available for preorder online through Thursday, November 5 under the Ramen Tatsu-Ya East Austin location. Kits will be available for pickup on Saturday, November 7 at Ramen Tatsu-Ya East Austin between the hours of 11 am to 5 p.m. Access to the Zoom session will be emailed to confirmed guests ahead of time.
