The Tenth Annual Texas Independence Day Dinner will present the prestigious History-Making Texan Award to noted civic leader and philanthropist Ruth Collins Altshuler and distinguished businessman and former presidential candidate H. Ross Perot, Sr. Proceeds from the evening help support the operations, educational outreach programs and exhibitions for the dynamic Bullock Texas State History Museum.
