Texas 4000 begins its 70-day summer ride from Austin to Alaska with an unofficial send-off party. The public celebration known as “Day Zero” occurs the day prior to the ATLAS Ride, where supporters can register and ride the first 25, 50 or 70 miles with the Texas 4000 team -- the first day of their summer ride.
