Texas Heritage Songwriters' Association will host their 10th annual Texas Heritage Songwriters’ Hall of Fame Awards Show. This weekend-long celebration brings those songwriters who represent the spirit of Texas into the spotlight for a unique ceremony and inducts them into the TxHSA Hall of Fame. This year’s honorees include Roy Orbison, Joe Ely, JD Souther, and Will Jennings.
Joe Ely will perform his own songs along with his good friend Robert Earl Keen. And a star-studded cast, including Rodney Crowell and Rita Coolidge, will pay homage to the many mega hits of Will Jennings, while Raul Malo of The Mavericks will perform in fitting tribute to the late Roy Orbison.
