Texas Keeper and Two Hives Honey are teaming up to bring Austin a festival celebrating all things honey. There will be a tour to see the active hive and learn about gardening with and for the bess. Local honey purveyors will be offering honey comb for purchase and other honey and bee-inspired vendors will be on site, including local Austin beekeeper and maker of bee-inspired jewelry.
Austin chefs, including from Dai Due, Trace, and Anjore, will have honey-inspired delectables on offer. Meads from all over Texas will also be available as Texas Keeper release its first Cyser, a honey and apple fermentation.
A portion of ticket purchases go to support local farming nonprofit Farmshare.
