Texas Keeper Cider will hold a release party for Demi-Sec Cider, a Cortland-Honeycrisp blend that reminds the cidery so much of German Rieslings, they decided to leave it a tad sweeter than their typical dry ciders. Citrus blossom on the nose, honeyed apricot on the palate, this is their first "Demi-Sec" cider. Local Austin chef Andria Mille from Cultivo Salsas and Catering will be providing the perfect food accompaniments. There will also be live music, lawn games, and other fun stuff at the event.
