Texas Keeper Cider's Grafter Rosé was a hit last summer, so this year they've made twice as much and just in time to help combat the summer heat. This event will feature live music from Brand New Key and others, and a picnic lunch brought to you by local chefs Caroline Hahm and Charles Swail.
Grafter Rosé is the first in their Grafter series - ciders made by blending wine grapes and cider apples. This year the Rosé is a blend of Rome Beauty apples (first grown 1817) and Texas-grown Tempranillo grapes. Notes of raspberry, peaches and cream, a hint of plum on the nose, and a crisp apple finish. 8.3%ABV.
