Texas NORML presents their monthly open meeting to present future events they will be involved in, with none other than Kinky Friedman joining them as the featured guest speaker. The "Smokin' Stand-up" will be hosted by "The Outlaw" Montgomery Wayne and will feature comedians including Norm Wilkerson, Rachel Streitman, Tim Williams, Carey Denise, Chad Fisher, Tokin White Guy and their first improv group, So Many Dicks.
