The Ameripolitan Music Awards, hosted by Dale Watson, is a weekend festival and awards ceremony that celebrates music with prominent roots influence. It has been established to give like-minded individuals an opportunity to come together to celebrate and promote the music people love.

The Master Award will be given to Ray Benson and the Founders of the Sound will be given to Augie Meyers and Flaco Jimenez.
