The Baron's Men will present William Shakespeare's rarely performed tragedy, King Lear. This is the first production of King Lear's original Renaissance text in the Austin area since 2011, and it promises to deliver a deeply modern examination of human nature while transporting audiences into the 16th century.
The Baron's Men are known for their historically accurate practices, most notably their costumes, along with performing in the Elizabethan replica Curtain Theater.
