The Great Texas Dinner is inspired by the Lone Star State’s abundance of local delicacies. This is a one-night-only, four-course ticketed prix fixe dinner that will showcase locally sourced seasonal ingredients and handcrafted sotol cocktail pairings from Desert Door.
The local craft distillery’s liquor is made from wild-harvested sotol, the plant used to make what was likely the first alcoholic beverage ever consumed in Texas 800 years ago.
Dishes will incorporate a range of native Texas game and produce, from Texas-farmed antelope and Hill Country Iberico pig to gulf redfish. Capped at 50 guests, the Great Texas Dinner will feature both food and beverage with artisanal Texas taste.
